The staff were lovely and really helpful. The location is really good, not too noisy and well placed if you don't mind a bit of a walk into Cambridge centre and other attractions. The rooms are spacious with good storage and were very clean. Would definitely stay here again, but would try the restaurant next time as the food smelled delicious. We managed to park as we visited out of season, however spaces are limited so might struggle when the hotel is busy. There is parking for blue badge holders at the front, but again the spaces are limited.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Walking distance to Coop, 2 others groceries store and bus stop. Also near to train station, about 10 minutes walking. Opposite Coop, there are Halal food store named Chicken Rush. For those who looking for Halal food you can visit there. We love stay here because this hotel located quite center to almost every things. A bit further there are tesco and other shops. Staff also nice and very helpful. In addition, the hotel is also within walking distance (a pleasant 10-30 minute walk) to the Cambridge Mosque, the Traditional Punting station and several other attractions. Overall, we are very happy to have found this hotel to stay.

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable on the firm side which is better for your back so I didn’t wake up achy. Ample free parking at hotel. Good location 20 min walk to Addenbrookes and 30 min walk to Cambridge central and to riverside. Buses very nearby so we walked to Addenbrookes then got a bus into city - saw all the beautiful old buildings. Cost £2 each. Saved all the hassle of parking at Addenbrookes and city centre.

Excellent location - very close to our concert venue of Cambridge Junction, with plenty of choice when we wanted a restaurant (Savour closed as it was a Tuesday evening) (and good bus services to get into the city centre if you don't want to walk). Spotlessly clean and comfortable - loved the mattress! Tea and coffee making provided in the rooms, as were toiletries. Friendly staff, who were kind enough to upgrade us from a twin to two double rooms - my daughter was delighted!

The room is pretty clean and comfortable, especially the beddings and toilets. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I was late for the check in time but the staffs still picked up my call at late night and gave me instructions to self-check in. Good location, this is no doubt a cheaper but decent option if you want to stay at a nice place that is closer to Cambridge University.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the receptionist was very helpful in explaining how to get to rare parking, which is a bit of a puzzle to get to unless you know where to go.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and since my last day the owners have rejuvenated and redecorated the bedrooms certainly the one that I was allocated with. The bedroom had everything I needed and was quiet and as always, the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but that was not a concern for me as there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was perfect, private parking, the bedroom was slightly small for a double bedroom but beautiful en-suite, clean, and lovely staff. We were fortunate that the room was ready and they allowed us an early check in.
